Terms and Conditions of GreenLeaf Bistro

1. Reservations: We highly recommend making a reservation in advance to ensure availability. Reservations can be made by phone or in person at our restaurant. Please note that reservations are subject to availability and we kindly request that you arrive on time for your reservation.

2. Menu and Pricing: Our menu is carefully curated to offer a variety of vegetarian and vegan options. While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of our menu and pricing, we reserve the right to make changes without prior notice. Prices are subject to applicable taxes and service charges.

3. Dietary Restrictions and Allergies: We understand the importance of catering to dietary restrictions and allergies. Please inform our staff of any specific dietary requirements or allergies when placing your order, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. However, please note that while we take precautions, cross-contamination may occur in our kitchen.

4. Payment: We accept cash, debit cards, and major credit cards for payment. We do not accept personal checks. All payments are due at the time of service. For catering services, a deposit may be required.

5. Cancellations and Refunds: If you need to cancel or modify your reservation, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. For catering services, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Refunds for cancellations will be processed according to our cancellation policy.

6. Service and Gratuity: We strive to provide excellent service to all our customers. A discretionary gratuity may be added to the bill for groups of a certain size or for special events. However, if you feel that the service received does not warrant a gratuity, please inform our staff, and we will address your concerns.

7. Code of Conduct: We expect all our customers to adhere to respectful and appropriate behavior while on our premises. Any misconduct or disruptive behavior may result in the refusal of service and may be reported to the relevant authorities, if necessary.

8. Reservation of Rights: GreenLeaf Bistro reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. We also reserve the right to refuse entry or ask customers to leave if they are in violation of our policies or engage in inappropriate behavior.
